1. About Us
CPD Accreditation Co provides independent accreditation services for training providers in the beauty, aesthetics, and semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) industries. Our mission is to elevate educational standards and provide academies with a framework for excellence through rigorous internal assessments.
2. Our Role
We act as an independent accreditation body. Please note that CPD Accreditation Co is not a government regulator, nor are we affiliated with any other CPD provider or insurance agency. Accreditation signifies that your training material meets our internal criteria for professionalism and structure at the time of review.
3. Your Obligations
- Training providers must ensure all information submitted for review is accurate and up-to-date.
- Academies remain solely responsible for the safety of their students and the quality of their educational delivery.
- You must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your academy's activities at all times.
4. Accreditation Process
Accrediation is granted following a successful review of your course materials and academy documentation. We reserve the right to request additional information or modifications to your materials before status is granted. Our decisions are final but can be appealed through our internal review process.
5. Fees & Renewals
Accreditation fees are non-refundable once the review process has commenced. Annual maintenance fees apply to keep your accreditation status active. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in the suspension or withdrawal of your accredited status and removal from our register.

6. Intellectual Property
The CPD Accreditation Co logo and branding materials are the property of CPD Certification Limited. Accredited providers are granted a limited license to display our accreditation badges on their materials for as long as their status remains active and in good standing.
7. Limitation of Liability
CPD Accreditation Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the withdrawal of accreditation status. We do not guarantee student satisfaction or academy profitability as a result of accreditation.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accreditation and remove any academy from our register if they are found to be in breach of these terms, or if they bring the CPD Accreditation Co brand into disrepute through unethical practices.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or industry standards. Providers are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
