What is CPD accreditation and why is it beneficial?
CPD accreditation demonstrates that your training materials have been independently reviewed against professional accreditation standards. It helps build confidence in your courses, strengthens your academy’s professional credibility and shows your commitment to delivering quality education.
Can I apply if I’m new to teaching?
Absolutely! We welcome both new and experienced educators. You don’t need an established training academy to apply. If you have your course materials prepared, we can review them and provide constructive feedback on any improvements needed to meet our accreditation standards. We’re here to support you throughout the process.
Does my course need to be perfect before submitting it?
Not at all! We understand that developing a training course takes time. As long as you have your course materials prepared for review, we can assess them and provide constructive feedback on any amendments needed to meet our accreditation standards. We’re here to make the process as straightforward and supportive as possible.
Which accreditation package is right for me?
Whether you’re accrediting your first course or growing an established academy, we have a package to suit you.
Choose from Single Course (£149), Three Course Bundle (£399), Academy Accreditation for up to 10 courses (£599), or our larger Academy Accreditation for up to 20 courses (£999).
All packages include an independent review of your submitted courses, with guidance and feedback where required.
How long does the accreditation process take?
Our standard assessment turnaround is approximately 5–7 working days once we have received all required course materials and information. If amendments are needed, we’ll guide you through the next steps. For those working towards a launch date, an optional Fast Track service is also available.
Can I request Fast Track assessment?
Absolutely! If you’re working towards a launch date, our optional Fast Track service gives your application priority assessment for an additional £49. This is designed to speed up the review process, although approval remains subject to meeting our accreditation standards and providing all required materials.
What does the assessment focus on?
Our assessment focuses on the quality and structure of your training materials, including course content, learning outcomes, student safety, assessment methods and relevant educator experience. If any improvements are required, we’ll provide constructive feedback to help you meet our accreditation standards.
How do I handle accreditation renewals?
Your CPD accreditation is valid for 12 months. To maintain your accredited status, you can renew annually at a reduced rate.
Our annual renewal fees are:
• Single Course – £99
• Up to 3 Courses – £199
• Up to 10 Courses – £399
• Up to 20 Courses – £599
Renewal includes a review of any relevant course updates to ensure your training continues to meet our accreditation standards. Renewal applies to previously approved courses, with additional courses or substantial changes potentially requiring a separate assessment and fee.

How does the accreditation process work?
It's simple and supportive. You select a package to begin the assessment, submit your materials, and our team provides a thorough review with constructive feedback to ensure everything meets our high standards before final approval.
Do I need a teaching qualification to apply?
A formal teaching qualification isn’t automatically required for our standard CPD accreditation assessment.
However, you must have appropriate knowledge and experience in your subject area and ensure you meet your insurer’s requirements to deliver training.
Some insurers may require a recognised teaching qualification, so we always recommend checking directly with your provider before applying.
What materials do I need to submit?
Usually, we require your course manual, student handouts, and a brief overview of your assessment methods. This helps us ensure your curriculum is comprehensive and deliverable.
Can I add more courses later?
Absolutely! Our Academy Accreditation packages are designed to grow with your business.
You don’t need to have all your courses ready at once. For example, if you purchase our 20-course package but currently have only 18 courses ready, you can submit the remaining two at any point within your 12-month accreditation period, at no additional cost.
The same flexibility applies to our 10-course package. You can submit courses gradually throughout the year, up to your package allowance.
If you wish to accredit additional courses beyond your package allowance, you can upgrade or purchase further accreditation.

Are online and hybrid courses included?
We’re pleased to offer accreditation for in-person, online and hybrid training courses. Online and hybrid accreditation are available as optional paid upgrades in addition to your selected accreditation package. Simply choose the relevant upgrade when purchasing.
Can I use the accreditation logo on my certifications?
Absolutely! Once your course has been approved, you’ll receive your accreditation certificate, unique accreditation number and permission to use our official accreditation logo on certificates and relevant promotional materials for your approved courses, in accordance with our branding guidelines. Logo use remains subject to maintaining valid accreditation.

We assess course materials against our own professional accreditation standards, helping educators demonstrate their commitment to quality training. Our accreditation is independent and does not constitute a government-regulated qualification or Ofqual recognition.
